Aircall Grabs $8 Million dollars for its call center software that spins up the industry
Aircall closes its series-A round, led by Balderton Capital, to reinforce its US operations and continue its growth towards midsize and Enterprise businesses
Paris, September 15, 2016 – Aircall is a cloud based call center software that allows companies to create their entire phone infrastructure in a minute and integrate it with the company CRM, Helpdesk or backend.
Launched in 2014 Aircall raised a first round of $800k from eFounders, NewFund and few business Angels, then $2.75M in a seed round in January 2016 from Balderton Capital and San Franciscobased FundersClub. Today Aircall is announcing an $8M round from its historical investors, along with New Yorkbased fund FJLabs.
The point of this round is to rampup Aircall’s presence all over the world and especially in US thanks to their NYC offices. Currently about 30 people work at Aircall, their ambition is to double in a year from now and continue to grow in the midsize and enterprise market.
